Sid is a senior editor at Bloomberg. He has worked as an editor for Foreign Policy, The Atlantic, Business Insider, and The New York Times Opinion page. He is also a contributing editor at Jewish Currents and a consulting producer for Project Brazen; his writing has appeared in The New Yorker, The New Republic, Texas Monthly, and elsewhere. 

His edited features have received awards from the New York Press Club, the L.A. Press Club, and the Association of LGBTQ Journalists, and have been shortlisted by the Deadline Club. He co-edited the Ukraine edition of Stranger's Guide, a finalist for a National Magazine Award for best single-topic issue. He served as a co-producer and writer for Kabul Falling, a Peabody-nominated eight-part narrative podcast chronicling the fallout of the end of the U.S. war in Afghanistan.
